for 8 weeks
WHAT'S INVOLVED?
As Spring arrives, we'll capitalise on the (hopefully) warmer and drier weather and get the benefits of exercising outdoors in the daylight and fresh air - something a gym just can't offer!
The aim is to improve fitness levels, whatever your starting point.
It'll be a progressive program, meaning each week will build a little on the previous session.
You'll complete a simple fitness test on Week 1 and record your results, we'll then train for the next 6 weeks to improve your fitness levels before a retest on Week 8 where you can compare your results from Week 1.
We'll be using bodyweight exercises and some running/walking (whatever level you're at right now).
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
As well as the eight outdoor group sessions, you'll also receive an 8-week training plan to keep you going between our sessions.

It's a basic plan that you can complete at home, or ideally outdoors still, with no equipment, that will further improve your fitness levels and your results from the program

It's a one-time investment of just £50 (about £6 per session)

FAQ's

I can't make all of the sessions. Can I still do it?
Yes. While it's an 8-Week program and ideally you'd make it to all of the sessions, I understand that it's a commitment and you may have things planned.
Missing a session or two won't be the end of the world, especially if you're following the program alongside. It's still great value.

I'm unfit. Does that matter?
No. The session is YOUR session. Most of the work will be done on a timer, so there's no waiting around if you finish first, or worrying that you're holding people up if you're a not the fastest. You just work to your own ability and do what you can, and you'll get just as much out of it as the speedy ones.

I'm already fit, will it work for me?
Yes! You push yourself as hard as you can and you'll benefit from the workout as much as anyone else.

Is there an age limit?
Not really. If you're under 18 you will need an accompanying adult, and there's no real upper age limit - just do what you can manage.

How hard will it be?
As hard as you make it. The classes can be very intense, but you do what you can, rest when you need to, then resume when you can. The harder you push yourself, the harder it will be, and if you're new to exercise and don't want to push quite so hard, it'll be a bit easier (but you'll still want to push yourself a bit to make progress).

I can't get childcare. Is that a problem?
Not at all. If your children are old enough to entertain themselves and won't get in the way of the class, by all means bring them along to play with a football or something while we train! It's good for them to get outdoors and move too! Plus, let them see YOU training. It sets a great example.
